Q. Tell us about a time when you failed to meet a deadline. What were the repercussions? Asked by Michael - Fri Aug 21 13:32:52 2009 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments A. i used to work at this place that had 'production requirements' i worked there 11 years , every year they would raise the requirements, my 11th year there i could only meet the requirement maybe a couple days a month. so this was driving me crazy , i would dream about my work every night , always thinking about how to go faster , faster , faster. oh i was working 16 hours a day so i had a good amount of money. so i just walked out one day and took a year off. 5 years later i still have nightmares about that job. i have a new job now it is easier and pays better. so i would say the repercussions of failed deadlines is total burnout.
